Sales Analytics Specialist

This unique position provides insights, analysis, and support to the sales organization through the use of Salesforce, Pardot, and Reckener. You will be a connector between our customers and sales professionals and know enough about Salesforce to manage the system and generate the insights. You will be an advisor to our 16 person sales team who will receive reports, analysis, and help to understand our sales and marketing systems and their accounts. Position reports to the Director of Sales.


  • Produce customer analysis and individual reports or views for sales reps to understand their accounts.
  • Track upsell and cross-sell opportunities and advise sales reps.
  • Manage system logins, workflows, reports for Salesforce, Pardot, and Reckener.
  • Be the connections between the marketing team and the sales team for leads.
  • Generate a variety of sales related reports.
  • Manage the Leads Process ensuring leads are converted in a timely fashion.
  • Administer eMail templates utilized within the sales group.
  • Administer reporting for the sales group.
  • Develop and produce Analytics and Reports to support Sales functions such as Knowledge Center.
  • Maintain Rekener Sales Rep Dashboards.
  • Triage incoming requests from our “Contact Us” page.

  • Ability to provide reports on work both orally or in writing to supervisor, as required.
  • Positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative, courteous working relationships with others.
  • Ability to understand, apply and use personal computers and software applications including: advanced skills in Salesforce, Power Point, Excel and Word, familiarity with G-Suite a plus.
  • Ability to problem-solve job-related issues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information regarding company financial and other information.

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for
successful performance would qualify. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Two or More Years of Salesforce experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and G-Suite
