BioInformatics, Inc. is looking for an individual who has a passion for telling scientists about the latest products, instruments, and tools available to use in their labs. We are offering an opportunity to be part of the newest division in our rapidly growing company serving the life science, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical industries.

Candidates must have an interest in serving scientific marketers, be inquisitive and informative, and help our clients find solutions to help make their products understood by scientists.   The successful team member with be self-motivated and enthusiastic to describe our audience and offering to manufacturers so they can reach our community members.  You will describe our reach, content, and solutions to help their businesses grow and solicit them to place their educational marketing materials on our digital channel

Required education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. Scientific background is a plus, but not required.


The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Engage clients (often digital marketers at a manufacturer) in the life science, clinical diagnostic, and analytical instrument markets
  • Understand and describe our community and the scientific audience
  • Understand and describe our digital marketing solutions
  • Understand and translate our audience and solutions to solve a client’s marketing challenge
  • Collect insertion order and digital materials to deploy on our digital channel
  • Monitor and report the success in meeting the marketing challenge


  • Minimum 1 year sales and/or marketing experience of online solutions
  • Experience with prospecting to find the right decision maker
  • Experience presenting digital marketing solutions
  • Experience closing deals between $5-50K
  • Experience managing long term relationships
  • Experience reporting results from digital marketing programs
  • Aptitude for critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Position includes 10-15% travel
  • Ability to work unsponsored in the U.S.
